Lottery Singapore

Lottery Singapore is the country’s only legal lottery operator. Its games offer affordable and exciting prizes and are easy to claim, without having to pay any additional taxes if you win.

The three main types of lottery in Singapore are 4D, TOTO, and Singapore Sweep. Each has its own rules and prizes. They all have different tiers of cash prize and the odds of winning one varies.

TOTO

This lottery has a jackpot of up to S$1 million. Moreover, it has 6 additional tiers of prizes. These tiers include a fixed amount, a percentage of the prize pool, and a prize that’s shared between all those who guess three numbers correctly.

There’s also a seventh number called the “additional number” that’s picked randomly to determine some of the prize tiers. These tiers can range from a small amount to up to $2.3 million.

4-D Lottery

The 4D lottery is a lottery that’s run by Singapore Pools. It has 23 sets of winning four-digit numbers and is drawn on a weekly basis. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 13,983,816.

If you’re lucky enough to strike a winning 4D number, it can change your life! However, be careful when purchasing your ticket. You should only buy it from authorised retailers.

Scams

According to police, a number of people have been scammed by lottery fraudsters in Singapore. The scams involve victims who are asked to buy lottery numbers and then transfer the money before it’s possible to receive the winnings. Some of the victims have even lost over SG$507,000 (US$376,896).
